Terms and Conditions

Purchase Contract

This website is operated by DesignsOnDiamonds and all purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email, at this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy

At no time will any personal information such as email or home addresses or telephone numbers be passed on to third parties.

Prices

All prices are in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at the current rate. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website at the time you confirm your order, subject only to any inadvertant technical error for which we will not be liable. The price of the goods does not include the charge for delivery.

Payment

All payments for purchases and refunds will be made via Paypal.

Availability

Although we endeavour to hold stock of all the items advertised for sale on our website, we can only guarantee your purchase at the time of our email confirming your purchase order. By DesignsOnDiamonds acknowledging receipt of your order, we are creating a binding contract to supply what you have ordered. The content of the site is managed and therefore any products that are out of stock should be highlighted. In the event of unavailability for whatever reason, we will advise you of our position when we receive your order and we will await your subsequent instructions.

Delivery

Orders will normally be despatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends) and will be sent via secure post. UK buyers will have free postage, outside UK costs for secure postage will vary according to value of item but will be shown at check out,. Overseas buyers are liable for all Customs Charges and Import Taxes. All items will require a signature on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery due to any cause or circumstance beyond our control including bad weather, strikes etc.

Returns

FREE RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return your item you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 days of delivery, you have our money back guarantee on all items. Each item must be returned in the exact same condition in which it was sold, the items cannot have been worn and must have box, any papers, certificates etc with which it was sold in order for us to accept the return.

Please note that items showing signs of wear, alteration or resizing or damage in any way, cannot be accepted for return,

Returns Procedure

To return your purchase please email us at Jacqui@DesignsOnDiamonds.co.uk to let us know that you wish to make this return. Return the item in the original undamaged box and packaging. Certificates MUST be returned or a charge of £125.00 will need to be made as this is the replacement cost to us.

Use the enclosed Prepaid Returns Label for the parcel and deliver to your nearest Post Office. Please get Proof of Posting, should the item not arrive with us, we will need to have proof that it was taken from you by the Royal Mail.

As soon as we receive the item we will send an email to confirm this to you. Once we are satisfied that the item is in returnable condition we will make an immediate refund via Paypal.
