These very elegant hoop earrings are made of 925 Silver and coated with Rose Gold.  The textured metal bands on the earrings are made to look like diamond dust and gives an amazing sparkle.   
 
Each earring is hallmarked and weighs 2.3 gms, the hoop has a dimension of 2.5 cm with the band of the hoop measuring 6 mm wide.  All weights and  measurements are approximate.
